Senate Duel - Yoda vs. Darth Sidious

After the Jedi are betrayed by their former brother Anakin Skywalker, the attack of the Republic's Clone Army on their temple leaves the Jedi ranks dwindling and disheartened. In a final attempt to confront the Empire, Master Yoda infiltrates Supreme Chancellor Palpatine's chambers and confronts him with the knowledge that Palpatine is, in fact, the Sith Master - Darth Sidious. It was Sidious who has engineered the Clone Wars in order for the Sith to dominate the universe, and Yoda is the last chance at ending the conflict before the Empire takes control.

The most accomplished and respected of all Jedi Knights, Yoda is nearly 900 years old, but whatever frailty age has forced upon him disappears the moment he draws his lightsaber. An unparalleled warrior and practitioner of the Force, Yoda must overcome the devastating power of the Dark Side yielded by its absolute master, Darth Sidious.

Their epic lightsaber battle begins in Palpatine's chambers and ends in the senate hall itself, both sides growing weaker yet unwilling to back down. When Yoda finally gains the upper hand, Sidious uses the Force to hurl the floating senate booths en masse at Yoda. Realizing this battle can only end in a stalemate, Yoda flees into exile to wait for a new hope.
