Star Wars Miniatures Strategy Showcase 4

Gungan Defense

With the release of the Knights of the Old Republic set, the Star Wars Miniatures Game continues a tradition of bringing exciting new groups of characters to life. One of the most interesting additions has been the inclusion of strong Gungan support miniatures, with Jar Jar Binks and Captain Tarpals providing unique boosts that the game has not seen before.

Strategy Tips

If it helps you to solve the puzzle, you can set up the figures on the Commander's Office map from the Attack on Endor Scenario Pack. However, the blank side of a map and replacement figures work just as well. Setting up the figures might help you to make decisions about how they should move.

Yoda's squad just won initiative. Yoda is likely to be defeated this round. Before he is eliminated, what general strategy and specific tactics should he use to achieve victory down the road? Which of the two big enemies should he concentrate on damaging? What could the Imperial side do in response that might help them come out on top?

About the Authors

Jack Irons is an artist and graphic designer. He has been fan of Star Wars since he was four, when his dad took his sister and him to a matinee on the second day of its release.
